Experteer Overview In this role you will manage contract performance activities at a customer site, acting as the interface between the customer and the project team to ensure timely issue resolution and progress updates. You will negotiate changes and ensure adherence to contract specifications, service, operations, and technical metrics. The position involves proposal negotiation, contract administration, and cross-functional liaison with customers and senior stakeholders. Based in Florence, you will lead complex processes and coordinate with multiple parties to deliver tailored, high-impact solution sets.

Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration with minimal supervision
Support managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts
Present project plans, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders within technical spaces
Manage complex medium-term project processes with stakeholder involvement
Conduct regular visits to AAJV shops in Avenza
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM)
Engineering know-how of Aero LM units and associated repair processes
