What you will be doing As an Executive Assistant (L.68/99), you will act as the primary facilitator for the executive's daily operations. This is a high-visibility role requiring a "gatekeeper" mentality balanced with "problem-solver" execution. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of the executive professional life within the Product and Engineering organization. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Master Calendar & "Oxygen" Management – By proactively managing a complex calendar for multiple executives, prioritizing high-leverage meetings while protecting "deep work" time. Lead Meeting Lifecycle & Briefing – By producing daily briefing packs, attending key meetings to capture minutes, and ensuring all action items are tracked to completion across the executive team.
