Experteer Overview In this role you assist the Laboratory Manager to develop formulations and promote Azelis products in the agrochemical market. You will support new product concepts, sampling, and collaboration with customers and the sales team. You drive innovation within the market segment and contribute to sustainability actions, while ensuring lab safety, quality and accurate reporting. You also help create digital content for the customer portal and support pipeline development.
Retribuzione / Benefits Assist in development and testing of new formulations, applications and chemistries
Support and develop new product concepts for new customer/market segments
Coordinate sampling for customers, seminars and exhibitions
Support sales through joint customer visits and field trials
Assist customers on production trials when needed
Drive innovation and contribute to the market segment's value chain




Support the digital team in creating content for the customer portal
Collaborate with sales to develop projects and troubleshoot
Track and report on innovation and pipeline development
Oversee lab safety, maintenance and quality standards
Translate sustainability strategy into concrete actions and KPIs
Responsabilità Bachelor in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field
Intermediate English (speaking and writing)
Min. 3 years of R&D; experience in the Agro market segment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and dynamic mindset
Strong affinity with customers and market dynamics
Strong IT skills and interest in digital tools
Enjoys working in a dynamic, commercially driven team
