You will scale the intelligence capability with governance and a clear operating model, partnering with cross-functional teams to influence portfolio decisions and regional strategy.

You will work in a global, mission-driven environment focused on transforming healthcare through integrated services and data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesLead the Market & Customer Intelligence Program and translate pilot learnings into a scalable operating model and governanceDefine and execute a 12–18-month rollout roadmap across functions, countries and use casesRun monthly, quarterly,



and annual intelligence cycles and synthesize inputs into actionable insightsIntegrate signals from multiple sources into clear, decision-ready narrativesMaintain high-quality standards and relevant decision frameworks for business outcomesDrive adoption across teams via enablement, support, and stakeholder engagementTrack KPIs, identify gaps, and iteratively improve processes to establish the capability as a trusted enterprise assetQualificationsAdvanced degree in business, healthcare, economics, engineering, or a related fieldSignificant experience in strategy, intelligence, consulting, commercial operations, or healthcare transformationProven track record of leading large, cross-functional xrdztoy and multi-country programsStrong understanding of AI-driven analytics, machine learning concepts, and data management (e.g., data lakes/warehouses)Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and clear insightsStrong stakeholder management with experience influencing
