Experteer Overview In this role you enable efficient assembly and testing of gas turbines and reciprocating compressors, leading manufacturing engineering activities on the Flow Assembly & Testing Cell. You will develop shop routings and procedures, drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements, and provide technical guidance on tooling, fixtures, and process optimization. You collaborate across Baker Hughes sites to share best practices and support NCR resolution and digital transformation initiatives. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide Manufacturing Engineer activities in Flow Assembly & Testing Cell, developing and supporting shop routings & procedures for assembly & testing operations of gas turbines and/or reciprocating compressors Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes focusing on safety, quality, capabilities, fulfillment and productivity Design tooling, fixtures,



and instruction sheets; support equipment improvement and shop fixture design Offer technical guidance and problem‐solving support to shop floor manufacturing Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers across Baker Hughes sites to leverage technology and best practices Support NCR resolution and provide technical support to other functions Contribute to digital transformation and smart factory initiatives Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant experience in a similar role Knowledge or experience with gas turbine products is advantageous Experience in manufacturing processes for assembly & testing of gas turbines and/or reciprocating compressors Experience in tooling & workstation design Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Strong problem‐solving, analytical, and process improvement abilities Good communication skills in English and Italian; ability to work in a matrix organization Requisiti fondament
