We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from concept through validation—ensuring compliance with automotive standards, as well as high reliability and performance. This is a newly created position in a rapidly growing and innovative market, offering the opportunity to work on projects involving completely new technologies for electric and hybrid vehicles. The role involves close collaboration with cross‐functional teams to develop forward‐thinking solutions for next‐generation mobility. Key responsibilities include the design and development of high‐voltage BLDC motor controllers (up to 1000 V, Responsibilities Develop high‐voltage BLDC motor controllers, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, capacitors) Optimize designs for efficiency, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance Run simulations to assess circuit behaviour and thermal performance (SPICE, MATLAB / Simulink)



Lead the activities for building samples and prototypes before the start of serial production; define testing requirements to validate the prototype Prototype testing using oscilloscopes, power analysers, and environmental chambers Conduct EMI/EMC testing and troubleshoot issues Validate designs according to automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC‐Q100/101) Produce final documentation for PCBA production (BOM – schematic – Gerber file – component specification) Collaborate with our international team of engineers Qualifications BSc or MSc degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field Ideally more than 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry Previous working experience with high‐voltage power electronics (specifically automotive BLDC motor controllers) is mandatory Relevant knowledge in automotive communication protocols, DVP&R; processes, and automotive standards Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence and simulation tools (LTSPICE, MATLAB) Good English language skills
