Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Student Services department to support inclusive, high-quality education for students with special needs. You will collaborate with administrators and staff to ensure compliant, effective programs, including SPED, SEL, and 504 services. You will shape a vision of student-centered support aligned with the school’s mission and philosophy, driving impactful outcomes for learners and families. - Supervise student services staff
- Assist with managing the department budget
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate logistics for student activities and events
- Facilitate an inclusive model for student services based on best practices
- Plan and implement all aspects of Student Services including special education, discipline, SEL programming, grant programs, and 504




- Evaluate personnel and support administrative and professional staff to meet instructional goals of the district

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's in School Administration, Special Education or related field and current FL Professional Educator Certification
- Five years of school administration experience preferred
- Strong background in special education administration and instruction, including IEP development and evaluation
- Experience with special education processes, procedures and legal requirements;
evaluations of studentsand teachers
- Strong background in social-emotional learning competencies and experience with SEL teams
