Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s)
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Achieve key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

The quantity and type of activities performed by each intern will depend on the intern’s interests, knowledge, performance, experience and attitude. We try to involve interns in as many activities as possible and give them increased responsibilities according to their performance and achievements.
Tasks
- Assist the marketing manager and other colleagues
- File and index paperwork
- Help formulate interventions focused on applying knowledge, skills and expertise to support local and national initiatives
- Help design research projects to test theories
- Help organize events and activities to raise awareness of environmental issues




- Contribute to strategic planning for long‑term development and/or disaster management to reduce the need for crisis intervention
- Prepare marketing material
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns on social media
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, e‑mail, and social media campaigns
