What are we looking for?
- Education: Master’s degree in economics; master’s degree in management engineering (Specialization in Finance).
- Behavioral skills: Rigorous, autonomous, willing to learn and entrepreneurial. Organized and synthetic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
- Technical skills: Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities; fluent English and Italian (written and spoken). Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Past internship experience in Investment Banking could be a plus.

What will you be doing as an intern within Energy & Infrastructure – Credit Portfolio Monitoring?
As a Full Member Of The Team, He/she Will Support The Team In Monitoring All Deal Risks Post-closing, During Construction And/or Operation Periods As Relevant, For a Portfolio Of Selected Transactions, Including Without Limitation
- Prepare annual reviews on time, handle waiver requests, check that covenants are duly met as per the documentation,



and generally handle all internal processes post-closing
- Ensure timely preparation of quarterly WL/DD reports
- Run and/or maintain financial models as needed
- Liaison with Loan Servicing, as well as with Agency when relevant
- Present in and/or attend credit committees
- As relevant attendance to bank meetings, client meetings and preparation of related reports
- Support SBO during the KYC renewal process
- Support the execution of certain refinancing’s, within a team determined on a case-by-case basis
- Support restructurings of deals in portfolio, as appropriate with the support of VPG and/or Transaction Group.
