Define and execute go-to-market and go-to-channel strategies tailored to local market dynamics, customer behavior, and channel priorities. Drive performance across key commercial levers including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, retention, and customer lifetime value. Lead trading, pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to optimize revenue, margin, and customer engagement across markets.
