We are looking for a PMO Specialist for the Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit who will be trained in 2 years as an Apprentice.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in coordinating project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitating communication between project managers, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Assisting with logistic and expediting processes
- Maintaining and updating project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, trackers)
- Preparing reports for senior PMs or management regarding project status and performance
- Ensuring documentation adheres to PMO rules, methodologies, processes, templates, and standards
- Supporting monitoring project expenditures and budget alignment
