In your role as Shift Engineer , you’ll perform all duties connected to engineering management, equipment maintenance, system setup, and safety compliance in your area, ensuring that the highest quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met and maintained at all times. These objectives are designed to support your department’s goals and priorities. You’ll also take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities that we offer, while learning from any challenges and mistakes along the way.




- You’ll complete tasks relevant to your engineering function, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues and maintenance tasks, liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- You’ll follow guidance and instructions given by the leadership team, supported by the company’s standard operating procedures related to emergency and evacuation procedures. Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance faults that may jeopardize guest or colleague satisfaction, health, and wellbeing. Attend and complete all mandatory Health & Safety training.
- You’ll communicate effectively with both internal and external guests (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone, and face-to-face.
