An AI Engineer is a technical professional specialized in the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence systems in production, leveraging advanced skills in software engineering, large language models, and other cutting-edge technologies. Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence systems from prototype to production
Prompt engineering and optimization: Evaluation and testing: Programming languages: Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for AI application development
Vector databases: Implementation and management of embedding and retrieval systems using databases
Language skills: For specific projects, language expertise may be required to work with domain-specific or localized inputs
Implement ethical guardrails and explainability features to ensure responsible AI deployment
Identify and mitigate biases in data and algorithms to ensure fairness and transparency
Protect data throughout the AI lifecycle and ensure system integrity
MLOps and deployment (nice-to-have): Experience with machine learning operations, including monitoring, versioning,



and secure deployment in enterprise environments
Proficiency with Git, virtual environments, environment variables, and application deployment
