Job Description
- Prepare static concepts, preliminary and main statics of industrial steel structures for both, tendering and execution phase
- Create verifiable static documentation and calculate load data
- Run static assessment of load-bearing systems
- Participate in project meetings for quotations and supplier selection
- Optimize erection concepts in close collaboration with the erection department
Qualifications
- Trained Structural or Civil Engineer with 5⁄7+ years’ experience in structural engineering of Steel and/or Support Structures for (power) plants
- Knowledge of Eurocode, FEM software (Rstab, RFEM, SAP2000). Naviswork and Tekla are a plus
- Good communication skills towards stakeholders and suppliers
- Good change-management skills, ability to work in remote teams
- Fluency in English and Italian, any additional language is a plus
