About The Team And The Role
The Italy and France Categories team ensures a consistent experience for customers and sellers by blending eBay’s global value offer with local market knowledge. As a Category Planning Manager, you will help develop and implement category strategies across Fashion and Collectibles.
Your work will support growth and improve the experience for buyers and sellers in France and Italy.
Working closely with Category Managers, Seller Success, Marketing, Product, and Cross-Border Trade teams, you will use data, market insights, and operational excellence to find opportunities, support critical initiatives, and drive category performance. Reporting to the Head of Categories for France and Italy, this role plays an important part in translating strategy into execution and enabling informed business decisions.
What You Will Accomplish
- Drive key business cadences by preparing insights and performance updates for weekly, monthly, and leadership reviews, helping inform strategic decision-making.
- Support category growth by identifying assortment opportunities and gaps through analysis of market trends, customer demand, and competitor performance.
