Stevanato Group is one of the world’s largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a results-driven Test Engineer to join our Technology Excellence Center (TEC) team based in Piombino Dese (PD). The role will focus on mechanical, functional and analytical testing of materials, drug containment solutions and delivery devices in regulated environments.

Design and execute experimental testing activities (DoE) in lab environments
Perform mechanical, physical and analytical testing (hands-on)
Develop and validate test methods
Analyze data and deliver clear, scientifically sound reports
Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory equipment
Conduct environmental, stress and accelerated testing (e.g. stability, shelf-life)
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Characterize performance of Container closure systems (integrity, forces, resistance, functionality) and Drug delivery systems & medical devices (e.g. pens,



autoinjectors: performance, safety, robustness)

Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or similar fields
~3+ years of experience in testing environments (pharma, medical devices, packaging or related industries)
~ Solid mechanical and materials knowledge (glass, plastics, rubber)
~ Experience with lab testing methods and equipment
~ Familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g. mechanical testing, microscopy, material characterization)
~ Experience in regulated environments (ISO/ICH standards)
~ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
~ Knowledge of Minitab, Origin and MS Office
~ Basic simulation tools (e.g. Ansys) and Six Sigma certification are a plus
~ Full proficiency in Italian and English
