Your Mission
- Ensur e strategy formulation, planning and performance manageme nt for the within Pierre Fabre Pharma Italy, fully compliant with Group standards and procedures, and aligned with the affiliate’s strategic priorities.

Act as a proactive Finance Business Partn er to the PFP General Manager and the Affiliate CFO by:
- Leadi ng the preparation and challenge of th e budget, estimates and rolling monthly forecas ts, ensuring clear linkage to strategic and operational drivers and alignment between the different function involved in the forecasting process




- Assessing and optimisi ng the overal l affiliate P& ;L, including:
- Detailed analysis o f gross marg in (price, mix, discount, and other drivers)
- Review o f operating expens es versus budget/forecast and identification of corrective actions
- Identifying risks and opportuniti es on profitability an d co‑designing contingency pla ns with business stakeholders to protect and enhance performance
- Continuously monitoring business tren ds (sales, market dynamics, launches, access, promotions) an d anticipating their financial impa ct, providing early warning and scenario analyses
- Analysing working capital evoluti on (DSO, inventory and other key components) and recommending actions t o optimise cash generati on and support Group cash flow objectives
