Job Purpose/Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Grocery Sales Representative to join our Pet Nutrition & Food Field Sales team in the north of Italy (BG,BS,CR,MB,MI).
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through Perfect store excellent execution, ensuring product availability and effective in-store activations, and building strong relationships with grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Coverage: Conduct regular visits to grocery stores and retail outlets within your assigned territory, ensuring optimal coverage in line with guidelines and fostering strong relationships with store personnel
- Range Compliance: make sure that the product assortment available at each point of sale meets Mars’ standards. Implement corrective actions to address any missing SK
