This is a full‐time, on‐site role based in Palermo for Trainee and Newly Qualified Lawyers. Experience in real‐estate environment is a plus. Role Description The role involves supporting senior lawyers in managing Italian and cross‐border legal matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing case files. Coordinate with clients and colleagues across jurisdictions, attend client meetings, advise on tailored legal solutions. Manage English‐Italian communications, navigate Italian procedures, and maintain accurate, timely case management. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, maintain high professional and ethical standards, and build expertise in cross‐border Italian law. Qualifications Strong legal research and drafting skills, with the ability to prepare clear,



accurate legal documents and opinions. Knowledge of Italian law and procedure, with an interest in cross‐border and international matters. Excellent communication skills, including ability to interact with clients in a professional, sensitive, and culturally aware manner. Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team, manage multiple files, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints. Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and completion of, or enrollment in, legal traineeship/practice requirements; newly qualified status welcome. High ethical standards, client‐focused mindset, and readiness to engage in on‐site client meetings and occasional travel when needed.
