Purpose of the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Burberry, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Store Manager in driving category performance, leading and motivating your sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals and deliver the exceptional Burberry Experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop sales associates by enhancing their selling skills and closing sales consistently to meet or exceed sales KPIs.




- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive category sales, focusing on sell-through strategies and delivering targeted team training in your assigned category.
- Foster a high-performing, customer-centric team culture that embodies the Burberry Experience across all touchpoints, maintaining a service-oriented atmosphere on the sales floor.
- Manage customer flow efficiently to provide seamless service, ensuring no client is left unattended and setting the pace and standards for excellence.
- Encourage strong teamwork and partnership among sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations teams to optimise store performance.
