Experteer Overview In this role you oversee end-to-end corporate action management for domestic and international clients within an outsourcing setup, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You act as a primary client contact, coordinating information flow, processing, and execution while aligning with internal systems and client accounts. You will support inquiries, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to scalable, reliable Securities Services. This position offers exposure to cross-border actions and a collaborative environment.

Prepare clear client communications with accurate, complete information
Process corporate action events in internal IT systems to notify beneficial holders
Execute events in client accounts with timely and precise processing
Handle client inquiries and complaints, delivering prompt, effective resolutions
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields
Background in Securities Services and understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks
Excellent written and spoken Italian (C2)
Upper-intermediate English (B2)
