Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Condé Nast Italia's Project Management team, driving end-to-end delivery of cross-platform commercial projects. You will balance editorial, creative and commercial needs, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with high quality. You'll collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Editorial and external partners to shape project plans, risks, and profitability. This is a hands‐on leadership role at the intersection of content, events, and campaigns with a focus on delivering measurable impact. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead execution and delivery for cross-platform commercial projects (video, advertorials, branded content, social media, events, activations) Define and manage project plans: activities, timelines, deliverables, milestones, approvals Directly manage the Project Management team (5 people) and coordinate external teams (2 people) Coordinate with Editorial team for information flow and approvals Identify and manage project risks across the lifecycle Oversee suppliers (journalists, videographers, photographers, technical suppliers)



and maintain client/internal communications during post-sale phases Own production budgets, timelines and project P&L; Support Brand Marketing with final reports and case studies Ensure alignment between commercial proposals and final deliverables Responsabilità 7+ years as Lead/Head/Senior Project Manager in media, creative agencies, or related contexts End-to-end production experience of creative and cross‐platform content (video, advertorials, branded content, social campaigns, events) Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Experience in direct client management and supervision of productions, shoots, and events Experience in team management and leadership with a solution‐oriented approach Strong budgeting skills, P&L; management, and project margin monitoring Commercial mindset and ability to mediate between editorial, creative, and commercial requirements Excellent organizatio
