Job Description At ING Italy, we are building a Business Bank for the Italian market, digital, fast, entrepreneurial and powered by data, technology, and the Orange Code. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Paid Media Expert to shape and scale the full performance engine of our new Business Banking line.

Responsibilities Own full-funnel paid media strategy & commercial impact Define and scale the paid channel mix across search, social and programmatic, driving revenue growth and steering investments toward the highest business impact.
Drive execution excellence across the full campaign lifecycle Ensure best-in-class setup, tracking, optimization and continuous performance improvement across audiences, creatives and bidding strategies.
Lead and challenge agency performance with clear governance Own the agency relationship, enforce a strong operating cadence, and ensure accountability on outcomes, transparency and testing discipline.




Build a data-driven and AI-enabled performance engine Translate data into action, implement AI-driven workflows and automation, and optimize the balance between smart automation and manual control.
Drive experimentation, innovation & new channel growth Lead structured testing and scale new and emerging channels, ensuring continuous innovation based on incremental value and future growth opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements 2-5 years in paid media / performance marketing. Experience at a media agency is highly favored.
Deep and hands-on experience with Paid channels such as Google Ads, Social platforms, Display, Programmatic and Partnerships
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements
Affinity with automation and AI-driven optimization in marketing
Up to date about the latest trends in media
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and decisive
