Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global engineering compliance and risk management to safeguard asset integrity and regulatory alignment across all sites. You will shape standards, drive audit and risk programs, and partner with senior leadership to enable sustainable, cost-efficient growth. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to embed risk‐based thinking in maintenance, capital planning, and safety practices. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and maintain global engineering and maintenance compliance standards aligned with GMP, GMP‐like practices, HSE standards, and corporate sustainability ambition Provide strategic leadership and technical authority across all manufacturing sites for maintenance management and engineering governance Drive continuous improvement to minimize risk in process, machinery, utilities,



and electrical safety Conduct global assessments and audits to monitor compliance and support corrective actions Lead risk mitigation strategies for asset condition and maintenance processes, supporting business continuity Coach and develop local engineering teams and promote knowledge sharing of global standards Collaborate with cross‐functional and executive stakeholders to embed compliance priorities in business planning and capital investments Establish and govern a global engineering risk management framework with KPIs and governance across sites Identify and mitigate emerging engineering risks from audits and assessments with timely action plans Responsabilità Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering 8–12 years of industry experience with strong experience in Mechanical Electrical Piping Design Proficient in spoken and written English Operational Engineering Plant Reliability Good Engineering and Manufacturing Practices Project Management Risk Management Strategic Leadership Data‐Driven Decision Making Stake
