Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver and manage AP services within the Global Capabilities Network, ensuring smooth vendor interactions and accurate processing. You will support transition of AP processes to GCN, drive process improvements, and contribute to standardization efforts. You will partner with local finance and business units to ensure compliant, timely financial activity. This position offers exposure to international finance operations and a chance to shape AP service delivery at a global level.Responsibilities
- Manage the supplier master data
- Analyze contracts and related expense reports
- Process vendor invoices and resolve invoice-related issues
- Prepare payment proposals
- Produce reports and analyses
- Prepare AP account reconciliations
- Collaborate during month-end close with General Ledger and Local Finance
- Provide analytics as requested by AP TL or local team (Italy)
- Support audits and special requests




- Assist colleagues with administrative matters related to external vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Finance and Business teams
- Ensure compliance with country accounting legislation and tax laws
- Contribute to quality improvements and process simplification as assigned

Qualifications
- Experience: at least 3 years in a similar role or in administrative activities
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
