ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar,



and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the responsibility of, and with the support of, the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Advising, developing, and retaining clientele through daily service and/or the organization of special events,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Overseeing smooth service operations by coordinating all teams,
- Participating in the onboarding and training of staff,
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, proper maintenance of equipment, and overall upkeep of the bar,
- Assisting the Bar Manager in developing and updating menus according to seasonal changes,
