Responsibilities
- Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.G., Record of Processing Activities)
- Support in drafting and updating Data Processing Agreements
- Assist in creating and maintaining privacy notices, procedures, and internal policies
- Support in Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Assist in privacy audits and internal compliance checks
- Monitor privacy-related inboxes, triage requests, and ensure timely responses
- Help design, implement and monitor the annual information security awareness program
- Provide first‑level support to employees regarding awareness measures and the digital training platform
- Contribute to reporting on data protection and the information security awareness program Qualifications
- Degree (Bachelor’s) in Law or a comparable field relevant to privacy
- Basic understanding of information security fundamentals




- Good working knowledge of MS Office (or similar productivity tools)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills;
precise and structured working style
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand processes and data flows
- Interest in information technology and learning new topics
- Fluent in Italian;
good knowledge of English (German is a plus)
