Based in the Campari Group Head Office, reporting to the EMEA Quality Manager, the EMEA Supplier Quality Manager will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of suppliers and external manufacturers for all ingredient, packaging and product categories. This involves the pro‐active management of the categories of suppliers, the development and implementation of quality and performance improvement programs,



while supporting key initiatives of the activity involving new suppliers and new products.
The EMEA Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for the execution of the organization's Supplier Quality Program, will be part of the Global Quality Suppliers and 3rd Party Manufacturer Committee, and will also act as the business partner of EMEA factories and regional stakeholders, providing support and coordinating with the other supplier quality teams' members as appropriate.
Main Responsibilities
Vendor Management – responsible for the management of an evolving Global Vendor Management strategy to assure a continuous supply of safe, legal and specified materials.
Lead supplier selection and supplier qualification activities, ensuring suppliers / external operations meet Campari Group vision quality and regulatory requirements.
Manage performance and partner with suppliers and external manufacturers to address challenges and execute improvement plans.
