Responsibilities
Develop artwork for multichannel deliverables from scratch
Create creative concepts based on approved designs
Collaborate with design and copy teams on project deliverables
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for print and digital executions
Maintain consistent creative quality throughout projects
Work closely with project management under strict guidelines
Develop colour palettes and stylesheets as directed
Participate in training programs and assigned tasks
Requirements
~7+ years digital and print design experience
~ User Interface design experience
~ Expertise in Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
~ Familiarity with Firefly, Figma, and Sketch/3D is a plus
~ Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design or equivalent experience




~ Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise
~ Understanding of layout principles and resizing effects
~ Motion Graphics experience with After Effects is advantageous
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
~ Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work
~ Must have good oral and written communication skills
~ Native Italian and business‑level English proficiency
