The company integrates expertise in optics, electronics, and image synthesis to develop proprietary solutions based on Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). Role Overview The Junior Product & Project Manager supports the executive team in defining product characteristics mediating between market needs, technical complexity, development cost and time. Moreover, She/He will support planning, monitoring, and reporting of product development projects. This role will also support the company in ISO 9001:2015 certification participating to the definition of the processes set to the qualification process and to the process continuous monitoring. 2-3 years of experience in project management, product management, quality management, or technical roles within technology, engineering, or manufacturing companies.




~ Basic experience with product development project workflows.
~ Basic understanding of optical, electronic and software engineering processes.
~ Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
~ Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO 9001) or structured technical documentation processes.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes development and monitoring.
Preferred Education Italian “Laurea magistrale”, preferrable degrees in Management or other Engineering, or other STEM disciplines.
Additional training in project management , quality management , product management and Certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor , CAPM , or Prince2 Foundation are considered an advantage.

Indicative Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 30K-35Keur
Contract: Permanent position (Italian Metalworking CCNL), level based on candidate profile.
