As a Customer Success Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor in the post-sales phase, supporting customers in design, process, and software-related topics.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of customers and internal technical teams,



supporting the effective adoption and use of Caracol’s solutions. You will be involved in day-to-day customer support activities, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance while helping customers maximize the value of our technologies and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Act as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase, ensuring timely and effective support
Support the resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes, coordinating with internal teams when needed
Provide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive effective adoption of Caracol’s solutions
Collect and structure customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
Monitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to a proactive and structured post-sales follow-
