2+ years of ServiceNow experience
✅ Experience with JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow
✅ REST/SOAP API integration experience
✅ Knowledge of ITIL best practices
✅ ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is a strong plus
✅ Fluent Italian language skills
