Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Rome, Italy
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per annum
Start Date: Monday, 17th August

Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple business and technology projects. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for project requests, ensuring requirements are effectively communicated and delegated to the appropriate technical leads while maintaining project oversight from initiation through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple projects across the organisation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming project requests.
Assess requirements and work closely with Technical Leads to assign and prioritise project activities.
Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and according to business objectives.
Provide regular project status updates to senior stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Required Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager within both large corporate environments and smaller, fast-paced organisations.
Experience managing long-term, complex projects within enterprise-sized businesses.
Technical background strongly preferred.
Previous hands-on experience in technology, software development, infrastructure, or a related technical discipline.
Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.
Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.
Able to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
Fluent Italian and English preferred.
