We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Customer
Order Administrator Specialist , to join our Material Service Delivery team.
The Customer Order Administrator is a pivotal role, responsible for
managing the entire order portfolio, from initial entry to final shipment to
the end customer. Furthermore, the Customer Order Administrator serves as
the primary focal point between the customer and internal stakeholders for
managing the spares and Repairs & Overhaul (R&O;) portfolio.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations (spares/repair)
utilizing established management tools (SAP, E-Commerce, etc.).
- Process
and monitor assigned customer orders , ensuring compliance with
both internal and external priorities.
- Collaborate
closely with internal departments and functions (e.g., Material
Management, Warehouse, Quality) to ensure adherence to Lead Time and Turnaround
Time (TAT) commitments.
- Ensure
all commitments are met, implementing corrective actions when
necessary.
- Manage
the return process for unserviceable parts .

Education
- University




Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics , Management
Engineering , or similar relevant fields.
Experience
(Seniority)
- Junior:
1?3 years of working experience .
Language
Skills
- Excellent
knowledge of the English language (B2 level or equivalent) is
mandatory.

- Proficiency in
the Microsoft Office suite .
