Overview
Join Eight Sleep as an International Paid Media Manager within the Global Growth Marketing team. The role focuses on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in international markets across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, and/or TikTok. The position reports to the Growth Marketing Lead and is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative individual who can transform complex technology into effective advertising that delivers business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing channels, including Meta, Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and similar) to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and work with the Performance & Data team to consolidate learnings and optimize campaigns.
- Analyze and recommend new copy & creative, bidding strategies, and testing structures using qualitative and quantitative metrics at a rapid pace.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new ad products,



and best practices.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with at least one of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads, with proven success on direct-to-consumer campaigns and annual budgets above $1M.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner).
- Experience building automation and tools with AI for marketing and analytics applications (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Cursor).
- Strong familiarity with marketing funnels and modern attribution platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox or equivalent).
- Ability to develop and continually expand or refine targeting, copy, and assets based on performance.
- Experience designing or reading geo-lift, conversion lift, or brand lift studies.
- Ability to work independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up.
