Experteer Overview In this role you oversee the Flowpack platform, driving its evolution and technical governance to ensure robust, standardized solutions across machine variants. You will work closely with R&D; to develop new features and validate performance through simulations and test benches. You shape product consistency and interface design while delivering customer-driven projects on time and within cost. This is a hands‐on engineering leadership position that connects design, testing, and cross‐functional collaboration to push packaging technology forward. technical solutions and interfaces Collaborate with R&D; to develop new machines or features to improve performance and quality Share know‐how for R&D; projects (market driven) Develop, implement and validate mathematical simulation models of machine parameters with test bench validation in R&D; Responsabilità Several years of experience in automated Flowpack machines or distribution systems Good knowledge of 3 D design (Solid Works preferred) and calculation software Good knowledge of safety directives and standards (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EN ISO 12100, EN 415) Good understanding of English (written and spoken) Personal drive and results orientation Effective communication skills to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
