Role Overview
As an Italian Citizenship Lawyer & Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing citizenship applications from start to finish.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey,



ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high legal standards and efficient case management.
You will work closely with Italian authorities, foreign institutions, courts, and internal team members to move cases forward and deliver successful outcomes.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Case Management
- Manage Italian citizenship by descent applications from initial assessment to final outcome.
- Analyze client eligibility and identify the most appropriate legal pathway.
- Prepare, review, and submit legal documentation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings when required.
- Stay up to date on developments in citizenship and immigration legislation.

Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of multiple active cases simultaneously.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, risks, and priorities across client projects.
