Experteer Overview As an Associate/Consultant in Energy & Infrastructure Advisory, you will independently drive financial analyses and execution on live mandates. You'll work closely with senior advisors, clients, and investors, owning complex workstreams from modeling to deal execution. The role blends finance, strategy, and sector knowledge to optimize energy and infrastructure assets. This is a merit-driven environment where your input shapes transactions and capital strategies across renewables and infrastructure.
Retribuzione / Benefits Build and review advanced financial models (DCF, project finance, LBO-style, capital structure) for renewable energy and infrastructure assets
Perform valuation analyses for assets and platforms with scenario analyses addressing market and regulatory risks
Support M&A; execution (buy-side/sell-side) including teasers, information memoranda, data rooms, and presentations
Contribute to capital raising processes with financial analysis, investor materials, and due diligence inputs
Analyze regulatory frameworks, market dynamics,



and revenue mechanisms for energy/infrastructure assets
Support bankability assessments, funding strategies, and portfolio optimization
Produce concise, decision‐oriented analyses and interact with clients, investors, lenders, and technical advisors
Review and challenge assumptions, identifying risks and inconsistencies
Responsabilità 1–4 years' experience in investment banking, financial advisory, energy/infrastructure advisory, project finance, or infrastructure investing
Exposure to energy and/or infrastructure transactions; renewables experience is a strong advantage
Excellent financial modeling skills in Excel; ability to build and audit complex models independently
Strong understanding of capital structures, debt instruments, and project finance mechanics
Ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear insights
High intellectual curiosity and independent judgment; able
