With a proven track record of success, we are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our Specialised Legal team.As Corporate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in the corporate housekeeping of SD Worx subsidiaries in primarily Italy but also others across Europe. You will also be supporting SD Worx's M&A; team in merger and acquisitions activities and other strategic corporate projects throughout Europe.This role requires a proactive, initiative-driven individual who can critically assess situations, ask the right questions, and confidently contribute to meetings. You will become part of a dynamic, multinational legal team. The current corporate legal team works from Belgium (HQ), Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Mauritius and United Kingdom and consists of 25 legal counsels in different expert areas.SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.

So companies of any size can turn Human Resources into a source of value for the business and the people in it.The corporate housekeeping of the SD Worx group companies, including the preparations and follow-up of:annual (and other) general meetings, meetings of board of directors, etc.changes in composition of board of directors;Maintaining the corporate housekeeping document management tool ("corporify").Preparing and fulfilling legal formalities (e.g. register of legal entities, publication requirements, UBO requirements, KYC questions, various legal formalities (legalisation, apostille, etc.)).Draft, follow-up and maintain the SD Worx intercompany agreements, together with finance colleagues.Acting as an ambassador for external parties as notaries, law firm, statutory auditors, etc.Contribute to the development and implementation of templates, legal processes and
