Senior Black Utilities Lead Engineer (f/m/d) We are looking to hire a Senior Black Utilities Lead Engineer to join our Mechanical Department in the Italy office. The successful candidate will be technically responsible for coordinating and supervising the development of Utilities and Mechanical designs. They will ensure commitment to schedule, productivity, and quality,
in accordance with specific design criteria and client requirements. The Lead Engineer will manage, guide, and motivate project teams through technical competence, interpersonal sensitivity, and conflict management skills, acting as the technical authority on complex systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and engineering team in the execution of Black Utilities design for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and pharmaceutical process systems. Ensure project objectives and needs are met through effective resource and task management. Perform Utilities calculations for both generation and distribution systems.
