Key Responsibilities
- Adopt & Develop AI Solutions
- Evaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and tools to support Conversational Commerce needs, prioritizing cost-effectiveness, scalability, and fast deployment.
- AI Agents & Intent Recognition
- Build and deploy advanced AI-driven agents to accurately detect user intent, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and image.
- Sentiment Analysis & Dynamic Flows




- Combine real-time sentiment analysis with adaptive flows to personalize interactions, increasing customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Conversational Commerce (cCommerce)
- recommendations, and streamlined customer journeys.
- Collaboration & Integrations
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure AI systems integrate seamlessly with existing platforms.
- Innovation Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends, drive the AI strategy, and champion a lean, experimentation-driven approach, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
