You translate business challenges into AI-enabled initiatives and provide strategic insights on market trends. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and shape client adoption of AI.

Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and transformation roadmaps
Advise on AI adoption strategies including governance and operating models
Analyze industry trends, competition, and tech advancements to inform recommendations
Bridge business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Lead client engagements, workshops, and stakeholder discussions for AI transformation
Ensure measurable outcomes across operations, customer experience,
and growth
Responsabilità 8–10 years of experience in a leading consulting firm with exposure to digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives
Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
Deep expertise in Financial Services processes, pain points, and value drivers
Experience in data analysis and data strategy, including data governance and ethical AI considerations
Ability to translate AI trends and market developments into business opportunities
Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight
Excellent client-facing and workshop facilitation skills
Foundational knowledge of data/AI tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
Strong analytical mindset and problem-structuring capabilities
