Middle Office Officer will be mainly responsible for administration of all risk products and customer data & documentation. Additional Front Office tasks will be also within the scope of responsibility of the position. The person will closely work with the Relationship Managers and Operations Department to ensure timely and accurate execution of the tasks.
Responsibilities Administrating operations for various risk and banking products in the Branch including inter alia:
verification of received credit documentation and legal agreements for disbursement of risk products (loans: bilateral and syndicated, guarantees, factoring)
introducing new risk products into the system and verification of the coherence between the transaction documentation and system data
establishing the collaterals and recurring monitoring
fees and commissions administration
disbursement of the loans
verification of conditions precedents and subsequent
monitoring the terms and obligations of credit agreements concluded




monitoring the timeliness of loan repayments together with release of the collaterals after repayment
Ensure operations are booked in compliance with group and local regulations
Provide direct support to the Commercial Team and Back Office including inter alia ensuring accurate and timely collection of customer's data and documents, including Know Your Customer related documents.
Maintain current knowledge of all laws and regulations along with Bank's policies and procedures.
Maintain and nurture a smooth relationship with HQ's departments in order to proactively solve any matter that may arise in relation to the scope of tasks.
Any other duties reasonably required by the reporting manager consistent with the grade and scope of the post.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with bank lending education and training.
Ideally +10 years of related banking experience in loan administration and/or middle office required.
