Experteer Overview You will join the Sisal Italy Planning & Control team within Flutter SEA to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across betting and retail. You'll consolidate regional performance, monitor key KPIs, and support business cases and reporting, ensuring consistency with planning logic. The role blends financial control with cross-functional collaboration to enable data-driven decisions. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a dynamic, diverse environment with hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities Perform closing, budgeting, and forecasting, with variance analysis against benchmarks
Support reporting activities and consolidate betting performance and costs for the region
Develop and monitor key Retail and Betting KPIs
Analyze costs, revenues, investments, and profitability by product and channel
Support recurring actual accounting activities and development of business cases




Interface with corporate functions for proper consolidation of financial statements
Implement and update planning/controlling models and identify key drivers
Qualifications 5+ years in a controlling role within a structured company
Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
Excellent knowledge of Excel and IT Financial/Reporting systems (SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
Familiarity with Income Statement reclassification
Fluent in English and Italian
Team player, effective communicator, proactive, capable of autonomous task and project management
Strong analytical skills and ability to interact with executives
