In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of application support and maintenance per the SOW. You will work within a delivery team to ensure high availability and performance of supported applications while driving continuous service improvements. You will coordinate with multi-vendor partners, guide technical teams, and keep stakeholders informed about incidents and service health. You will help shape incident and problem management practices and contribute to service quality at scale. This is an opportunity to influence how a major provider sustains reliable digital solutions for diverse clients. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure delivery of services in line with the SOW for in-scope applications (support & maintenance) Maintain high levels of application availability, reliability, and performance Allocate work across the Operate team based on priorities and skillsets Provide guidance on technical issues, processes,



and best practices Monitor team performance and timely delivery of tasks Track and follow up on issues related to local applications Ensure timely identification, analysis, and resolution of application problems Drive proactive problem management and prevent recurring incidents Coordinate with external vendors for issues, system upgrades and enhancements; ensure vendor deliverables meet timelines Monitor, track, and report SLA and KPI performance Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance Provide regular service performance reports to stakeholders Provide timely and accurate updates to End users, Country IT teams and Country Lead Communicate status of incidents, outages, and service improvements Provide application and xrdztoy process-level insights to the Incident Management Team Support drafting of major outage communications to business users Continuous Service Improveme
