Oltre-CSD is looking for a GNSS / SBAS Standardisation Expert to support the standardisation activities of EGNOS, Europe's satellite-based augmentation system for aviation, in the framework of a major European GNSS programme. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the EU.
What you'll do
- Support the definition and evolution of EGNOS / SBAS standards for aviation (Safety-of-Life)
- Contribute to and monitor the work of EUROCAE (WG-62 / WG-105), RTCA SC-159, ICAO NSP, SBAS IWG
- Analyse standardisation needs and maintain the EGNOS standardisation roadmap
- Draft technical inputs, position papers and contributions to working groups
- Ensure alignment between EGNOS service evolution (V3 / DFMC) and international standards
- Liaise with programme stakeholders (service provider, ESA, industry)

What we're looking for
- Degree in Aerospace, Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in GNSS,



ideally with EGNOS / SBAS
- Knowledge of aviation standards: ICAO SARPs, EUROCAE ED-259, RTCA DO-229, SBAS integrity concept and Safety-of-Life requirements
- Experience contributing to standardisation working groups (strong asset)
- Fluent English (working language)
- EU eligibility; ability to obtain an EUsecurity clearance is a plus
- Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, remote team

Nice to have
- Familiarity with EGNOS V3 / DFMC and dual-frequency multi-constellation SBAS
- Exposure xrdztoy to aviation user needs and requirements
