Role Summary You will work mainly with AI project teams, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver organizational change management (OCM) across the full change lifecycle. Your contributions will support the adoption of AI use cases and ensure OCM is integrated from day one. Responsibilities Translate AI use cases into adoption strategies, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication planning, training design, workforce transformation, and readiness measurement. Develop client‐ready OCM roadmaps and assets that reflect engagement complexity: messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines,



and adoption plans. Identify resistance early and propose solutions. Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to embed OCM from the start, and continuously improve delivery quality by refining templates and sharing learnings. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in OCM delivery on digital or technology transformation projects; end‐to‐end exposure preferred. Consulting mindset: think in client challenges and solutions rather than tasks. Strong communication skills, capable of adapting tone for technical teams and senior business stakeholders. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Genuine curiosity about AI and its organizational implications; technical expertise is not required, but a passion for the topic is essential.
