Working within our growing Italian business, you'll play a key role in delivering a significant pipeline of onshore renewable projects that will contribute to Italy's energy transition and support SSE Renewables' continued growth across Southern Europe. This is a senior role where you'll shape engineering strategy, influence major investment decisions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality and cost-effective renewable energy infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership across all engineering disciplines,
ensuring projects are designed and delivered to the highest standards of safety, performance and reliability. While the primary focus will be on onshore wind, you'll also provide technical support and expertise across wider renewable technologies including solar PV and battery energy storage where required. You will Lead the engineering delivery of utility-scale onshore wind projects across Italy from development through commissioning and operational handover, acting as the technical authority for wind farm design, balance of plant infrastructure, electrical systems, substations and grid connection works.
