We are looking for an EMEA Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, within the Marketing Operations Team. You will report to the EMEA Marketing Operations Director. The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the smooth ongoing activities of the Marketing Operations Team. This includes managing tools to identify, prioritize, and manage overall team priorities such as new initiative planning, quarterly and annual business planning, budget management, and coordination with Alliances Partners and internal functions. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), experience managing complex, multi‐cultural relationships, and proven problem‐solving techniques are required. The role will ensure the development and execution of marketing initiatives following all guidelines needed to guarantee a smooth financial and marketing process.



It involves ongoing interaction and collaboration across a number of groups including Functional teams, Resource Management, Finance, Procurement, vendors, contractors, Markets Marketing Teams, Marketing Operations Managers and Marketing Market Leads. Detailed Responsibilities Support the Marketing Teams, at local and EHQ level, through all aspects of quarterly and annual marketing and business planning. Manage all aspects of Quarterly Markets Marketing Activities, including budgeting, use of funds, approvals at internal and partner level, execution checks, possible plan amendments, and final financial closing. Develop and maintain the Marketing Teams Calendar reflecting key initiatives, campaigns and team meetings, Marketing Operations and Alliances Templates and tools. Ensure full accountability as a part of the Marketing Operations Team. Participate and lead weekly/monthly Markets Team meetings, ensuring clear agendas and tracking of owners and action items.
