The position requires a systemic vision of HW/SW/FW, with a strong focus on scalability, platform reuse, and reliability in safety-critical contexts.
- Gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into system/subsystem requirements with acceptance criteria
- Defining and maintaining the avionics architecture (functional, logical, and physical) and resource budgets
- Defining the onboard logical architecture (functions, data flows, interfaces,
operational modes)
- Managing the allocation and end-to-end traceability of requirements up to verification
- Defining and managing platform interfaces and satellite subsystem interactions; preparing ICDs
- Supporting HW/SW/FPGA integration and xrdztoy test activity planning
- Supporting system robustness activities (FMEA/FMECA, fault analysis, FDIR)
- Contributing to test plans, procedures, and reports; supporting laboratory and AIV/AIT activities
- Continuous improvement of platform development processes, methods, and approaches
